On2Cook India Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Legal & Company Secretary Intern to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk management guidelines.
- Identify risks, recommend modifications, and advise stakeholders before execution.
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle—from initiation to renewal or closure—using centralized systems.
- Maintain a repository of active and archived contracts with accurate records and timelines.
- Monitor compliance, obligations, and performance of all contract parties.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive timely execution of contracts.
- Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on contract-related queries.
- Prepare concise summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations for senior management.
- Support audits, due diligence, and compliance reviews related to contracts.
- Implement Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools to streamline workflows.
- Standardize templates, processes, and best practices for recurring contract types.
- Conduct training sessions to build awareness of contract compliance and procedures.
