Details of the Job/Internship

Marmon Technologies is hiring for the position of Legal Compliance Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Support and monitor corporate compliance programs across Marmon businesses.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, including export/import laws, sanctions, and data privacy requirements.
• Assist in conducting compliance audits, risk assessments, and reviews of system controls.
• Develop and maintain compliance workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, including US-based stakeholders, on compliance initiatives.
• Prepare compliance documentation, risk mitigation reports, and contribute to automation process improvements.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to business units on compliance processes.
• Participate in global compliance meetings (including occasional calls in US time zones).
• Travel domestically or internationally, as required.

Eligibility

• B.Com + LLB with 3–5 years of experience in corporate compliance or corporate control functions.
• Hands-on exposure to trade compliance (export/import laws) is a must.
• Prior experience with US multinational organizations and exposure to diverse industrial sectors preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance audits, testing of system controls, and automation process documentation.
• Experience using data analytics and visualization tools is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
