Vsure Investment Affairs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Legal and Compliance Assistant Manager to join their team. The Legal and Compliance Manager will ensure seamless adherence to corporate laws, compliance requirements, and legal obligations of the organization while playing a key role in supporting IPO processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage company secretarial functions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Draft and review legal contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal support in corporate governance and business operations.
- Assist in the IPO process for SME listings and related legal documentation.
- Support pre and post-IPO compliance, filings, and reporting requirements.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with an LLB degree.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in secretarial and compliance management, legal drafting, and SME IPO processes.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and IPO documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
