Details of the Job/Internship
Arthaat Legal is hiring for the position of Legal Compliance Associate to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compliance Audits: Conduct legal compliance audits and reviews across India.
- Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation and testing of legal compliance tools.
- Legal Assistance: Support contract reviews and litigation processes.
- Liaison & Legal Opinions: Provide legal opinions and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
- Internal Audits: Participate in internal audits and due diligence processes.
- IPR Management: Assist in intellectual property rights (IPR) compliance.
- POSH Compliance: Support compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) guidelines.
Eligibility
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Law (LLB).
- Strong interest in legal compliance and corporate law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
