Details of the Job/Internship

KPMG India is hiring for the position of Legal Compliance -Consultant to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Demonstrating strong knowledge across multiple legal and compliance areas, such as Labour Laws, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), Administrative, Secretarial, Financial, and industry-specific regulations.
• Conducting compliance risk assessments, audits, and reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks across various sectors.
• Developing compliance frameworks including checklists, manuals, policies, SOPs, and training materials.
• Leading or supporting implementation of compliance tools across multiple clients and overseeing tool performance and usage.
• Staying current with statutory and regulatory changes as well as industry best practices in compliance and risk management.
• Leading teams and managing multiple projects, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key clients.
• Preparing detailed compliance reports for senior management and clients.
• Coordinating with internal teams to efficiently manage multi-faceted engagements.
