Ikcon Technologies Inc. is hiring for the position of Legal & Compliance Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, vet, and negotiate a variety of IT and technology-related agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, ICAs, RFPs, Teaming Agreements, and Vendor Agreements.
- Manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes efficiently.
- Negotiate terms and manage contract execution, ensuring alignment with IKCON’s internal policies and risk frameworks.
- Draft and negotiate B2B contracts for data, software, SaaS, professional services, consulting agreements, and NDAs.
- Maintain strong familiarity with U.S. federal, state, and local government contracting certifications (e.g., 8a, MBE, DBE, GSA).
- Coordinate with government contracting consultants and assist with compliance and certification processes.
- Participate in contract negotiation calls with customers and internal stakeholders to advocate for favorable contract positions.
- Support the sales, delivery, practice, tax, and accounting teams by providing timely contracts/legal support.
- Ensure all agreements adhere to approved playbooks, deviation matrices, and company compliance policies, including Data Privacy, Anti-Corruption Laws, and the Code of Business Ethics (COBE).
- Assist with legal research, deviation approval notes, litigation support, and corporate governance advisory.
- Manage the legal documentation repository and engage with in-house U.S. para-legal resources.
- Lead initiatives to develop and maintain internal guidelines, templates, checklists, and process documents.
- Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring high standards of legal support and policy compliance.
- Collaborate with accounts teams for litigation matters and coordinate with insurance agencies regarding consultant engagements.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent law degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management, preferably with exposure to IT/Technology/US contracts.
- Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. judicial system, IT/technology contracting laws, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
