Latambarcem Brewers is hiring a Legal & Compliance Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their team in Goa, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Identify legal risks and provide strategic solutions to mitigate them.
• Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Support litigation matters and represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
• Manage registration, renewal, and protection of intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national laws and industry regulations.
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates and communicate relevant changes to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage statutory filings and reports to relevant authorities.
• Act as the point of contact with government authorities.
• Handle regulatory filings, licensing, and approvals required for business operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.
• Address legal and compliance matters with government agencies.
• Ensure all government compliances, licenses, renewals, and filings are completed on time.
• Maintain records of government-related compliances, timelines, renewals, and filings.
• Prepare, maintain, and update legal, compliance, and regulatory documentation.
• Draft official letters, applications, and reports for submission to government departments.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of legal, compliance, and liaison activities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, and liaisoning roles.
• Fluency in English and Konkani.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
