Details of the Job/Internship

OPLinnovate is hiring a Legal & Compliance Executive with experience of 3–5 years to join their Legal team in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and MoUs.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, commercial, and IP matters.
• Conduct legal research and maintain legal and litigation records.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist in developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and submitting regulatory reports.
• Liaise with internal departments and support corporate governance matters.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
• Experience in contract drafting, corporate, labor, commercial, and intellectual property law.
• Understanding of compliance programs, internal audits, and regulatory reporting.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
