Pro Nature Organic Foods (P) Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal & Compliance Intern to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and summarizing commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and distributor arrangements.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, FSSAI regulations, labeling requirements, and consumer protection laws.
- Support compliance monitoring related to GST, labour laws, and other statutory filings.
- Maintain and update compliance trackers covering licenses, permits, and regulatory deadlines.
- Prepare checklists, policy drafts, and internal compliance notes.
- Assist in due diligence exercises, audits, and risk assessment reviews.
- Draft notices, replies, and internal communications under supervision.
- Contribute to training and awareness sessions on compliance topics such as anti-bribery, POSH, and code of conduct.
Eligibility
- Hands-on exposure to FMCG industry contracts, vendor management, and distributor arrangements.
- In-depth understanding of FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and FMCG-specific regulatory frameworks.
- Practical experience in corporate compliance processes, monitoring, and audits.
- Opportunity to work closely with senior management on live legal and compliance projects.
