Twinhatch Private Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Compliance Intern to join them at their office in Kochi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The intern will be responsible for supporting the legal and compliance team in ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Daily tasks include conducting legal research, assisting in compliance audits, managing regulatory filings, and performing analytical reviews. This is an on-site role located in Kochi.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of Law and Legal Compliance.
• Understanding of Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Law or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in a legal or compliance role is a plus.
