Aaina: The Careers is hiring Legal Interns. The Internship will be held in Online.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting legal research and analysis.
• Review and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Support in monitoring and reviewing regulatory filings.
• Participate in compliance training and awareness programs.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Conduct investigations into potential compliance violations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Support in compliance audits and assessments.
• Assist in responding to compliance inquiries and requests.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration on compliance matters.

Eligibility

• Pursuing a degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory concepts.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
