Details of the Job/Internship

Aramya is hiring a Legal & Compliance Manager/Associate with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, environmental regulations, consumer protection, GST, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
• Manage offline store registrations and compliances PAN India.
• Oversee website and e-commerce related compliances.
• Monitor vendor and supply chain compliance with ethical sourcing and labour practices.
• Conduct audits or reviews for sustainability and social compliance.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and consumer laws.
• Review marketing campaigns and digital operations for compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliance-related policies, SOPs, and checklists.
• Conduct internal risk assessments and recommend improvements.
• Maintain records of compliance activities and prepare regular reports for management.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Compliance or audit certification is a plus.
• 3–4 years of compliance experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced e-commerce/FMCG/apparel environment.
• Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks affecting D2C fashion brands.

Salary/Stipend
