Details of the Job/Internship
Astrotalk is hiring a Legal and Compliance Manager with 3–6 years of experience to join its office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks for Indian and international laws.
- Monitor regulatory changes and conduct risk assessments to address compliance gaps.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor, partnership, and SLA contracts.
- Manage disputes, consumer complaints, and regulatory inquiries in coordination with external counsel.
- Provide legal guidance to internal business teams.
- Develop training programs to promote compliance awareness across departments.
- Create and update internal compliance policies and SOPs.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized Indian university (LL.M. or CS qualification preferred).
- 3–6 years of PQE in legal or compliance roles, preferably in startups, e-commerce, or digital services.
- Strong drafting, advisory, and compliance management experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High standards of ethics, integrity, and professional judgment.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
