Details of the Job/Internship

K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Compliance Manager with experience of 5–10 years to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review complex gig worker agreements, vendor contracts, and aggregator-specific policies.
• Manage legal notices, disputes, and labor-related litigation across multiple states.
• Ensure strict compliance with evolving gig worker regulations and platform-based labor laws.
• Advise senior leadership on comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for workforce operations.
• Monitor and implement compliance under the latest labor codes and social security provisions.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel for specialized litigation and regulatory matters.
• Support the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal policies, and governance frameworks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized university.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in legal compliance or labor law.
• Prior experience specifically within gig economy platforms or large workforce aggregator companies is essential.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Indian labor laws, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in handling legal matters across different states and jurisdictions.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills for stakeholder management.
