Details of the Job/Internship
Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Limited is hiring a Legal and Compliance professional with 4–5 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a self-motivator and guide to engage and lead the legal and compliance team.
- Provide legal and compliance advisory across business functions.
- Handle litigation and coordinate with advocates and lawyers for business requirements.
- Manage and review contracts and legal templates including MSA, SLA, NDA, TOBA, and MOU.
- Handle IRDAI inspections, audits, reviews, and regulatory filings.
- Prepare, vet, and monitor SOPs and internal policies.
- Drive digitalisation of manual processes to improve productivity.
- Prepare data, presentations, matrices, and documentation for the Board.
- Identify gaps, streamline workflows, and implement process improvements.
- Introduce and maintain trackers, processes, policies, and structured documentation.
- Mentor and train junior team members on regulatory compliance and legal frameworks.
Eligibility
- LLB or CS qualification, or both.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance industry practices.
- Leadership skills with a positive mindset and team-oriented approach.
