ASPS International LLP is hiring for the position of Legal Compliance Manager to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Formulate and update HR policies in alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, statutory, and factory compliance regulations.
Eligibility
- Proven expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Prior experience in the textile or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary/Stipend
