Role and Responsibilities
- Corporate Litigation.
- Drafting of Agreements, Shareholder Agreements.
- Drafting of Contracts.
- Knowledge of Civil suit and criminal suit.
- Knowledge of Labor Codes.
- Knowledge of corporate laws.
Eligibility
- CS + LLB or LLB (5 yrs).
- Corporate experience will be an advantage.
