Details of the Job/Internship

ICRA is looking for Candidates for the role of Legal Compliance Manager at their Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle all legal, compliance and secretarial matters of the company (corporate, commercial, regulatory, litigation, etc.).
• Convening board and shareholders’ meetings, prepare minutes, maintain statutory registers, filing forms and returns etc.
• Drafting, vetting, and negotiating of various agreements including but not limited to NDA, MSA, SOW, term sheets, deeds, and other legal documents.
• Work closely with the business teams, render advisory on compliance matters, conduct regular training on company policies and procedures.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel, oversee legal proceedings, and represent the Company in legal matters when necessary.
• Knowledge of labour law related compliance including related statutory filings.

Eligibility

Education: Law and CS.

10-12 years of relevant experience in Legal AND CS domain.
