Details of the Job/Internship

Livlong 365 is hiring for the position of Legal Compliance Manager with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in Thane.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters across the organization, ensuring adherence to pharmacy laws, pharmaceutical regulations, and corporate legal requirements.
• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate, regulatory, commercial, and litigation-related issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal agreements.
• Monitor changes in legal and regulatory landscapes relevant to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
• Manage statutory compliance and internal policies to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive legal records, contract repositories, and documentation systems.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring legal risk mitigation and sound decision-making.

Eligibility

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred) with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry (preferred).
• Strong grasp of pharmacy compliance standards, statutory filings, and sector-specific legal frameworks.

• Proven experience in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and regulatory advisory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal documentation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
