Details of the Job/Internship

MARS Cosmetics is hiring a Legal & Compliance Manager with 3–8 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage trademark and IP protection, including filings, oppositions, and infringement notices.
• Draft, review, and vet contracts for distributors, suppliers, marketing agencies, and influencers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations such as the Companies Act, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, and GST.
• Handle dispute management, including tracking litigation, issuing notices, and coordinating with external counsel.
• Advise leadership on potential legal risks related to new projects or business partnerships.
• Maintain legal documentation and statutory records to ensure strong corporate governance.

Eligibility

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in legal and compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
• Experience in contract drafting, trademark management, and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and advisory skills.

Salary/Stipend
