Details of the Job/Internship
Omspace Rocket and Exploration Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Compliance Manager to join their office in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on overseeing compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies and managing regulatory compliance requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Ensure timely preparation of legal documents.
- Manage regulatory compliance requirements.
- Evaluate and monitor company compliance practices.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Update internal stakeholders about legal obligations.
- Ensure business operations align with legal and ethical standards.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and compliance management.
- Expertise in law and legal compliance.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organisational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, compliance management, or a related field (LLB preferred).
- Prior experience in legal or compliance roles, particularly in technology, aerospace, or regulatory environments, is advantageous.
