Details of the Job/Internship

Seekho is hiring for the position of Legal Compliance Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review & negotiate commercial agreements—vendor, employment, IP, SaaS, partnerships, and global contracts.
• Advise on global compliance (GDPR, cross-border employment, IP rights).
• Ensure adherence to Indian & international laws (Companies Act, IT Act, labour laws, etc.).
• Manage secretarial duties—board meetings, statutory filings, ROC compliance.
• Lead risk management, audits, and legal documentation.
• Liaise with external counsel and advisors.
• Support fundraising, due diligence, and corporate transactions.
• Anticipate and mitigate regulatory & legal risks proactively.

Eligibility

• LLB (Company Secretary qualification is a strong plus).
• 3–5 years corporate legal experience (start-up or law firm background preferred).
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, global compliance frameworks, and cross-border transactions.
• Strong grasp of governance, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder management.
• Self-starter mindset—able to take projects from idea to execution independently.

Salary/Stipend
