Sulzer is hiring for th position of Legal Compliance Manager with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage system-based Intermediaries Due Diligence Application (IDDA) business approval requests.
• Handle external IDDA questionnaires and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct periodic re-verification checks, including archiving intermediaries or extending their validity.
• Work closely with the Group Compliance Manager, Chief Compliance Officer, and Head Legal Excellence to ensure alignment.
• Deliver efficient and accurate compliance services in accordance with internal IDDA processes and functional requirements.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to streamline workflows and enhance service efficiency.
• Provide training on the IDDA approval process to approvers and track progress with follow-ups.
• Offer technical support and clarifications to users as needed.
• Undertake any additional tasks or duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of work experience in compliance.
• Expertise: Strong professional/technical background in compliance processes and systems.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in compliance or risk management preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.

Salary/Stipend
