Details of the Job/Internship

SuperOps is hiring a Legal & Compliance Manager with 5–7 years of experience to manage end-to-end legal operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal notices, responses, and communications for India, US, and New Zealand entities.
• Manage statutory and regulatory compliance under applicable Indian laws including corporate, tax, labour, and IT regulations.
• Coordinate with US registered agents and advisors for entity filings and state-level compliance.
• Maintain a master compliance calendar across all entities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, channel partner, vendor, and consulting agreements.
• Support sales and finance teams with contract reviews, renewals, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain a centralised contract repository and track renewals.
• Develop internal contract templates and playbooks.
• Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, intellectual property, employment law, and data privacy matters.
• Provide legal inputs on business decisions, pricing models, and market expansion.
• Draft, review, and update internal governance and compliance policies.
• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and risk management frameworks.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or BL from a reputed university.
• LL.M. or Company Secretary background is preferred.
• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or IT sectors.
• Experience managing cross-border entity compliance and contract negotiations.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of SaaS legal frameworks including subscription and data processing models.

Salary/Stipend
