GURUDEVKRUPA TRADELINK is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Compliance Officer to oversee statutory compliance, financial regulations, and import-related formalities for their growing textile and chemical manufacturing company in Surat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Income Tax, GST, factory & labor laws and other statutory regulations.
- Accounts & Audit: Oversee accounts finalization, audit preparation, and financial compliance.
- Banking & Finance: Manage banking formalities, loan documentation, and regulatory reporting.
- Import Transactions: Handle import compliance, documentation, and coordination with CHA & regulatory agencies.
- Liaison & Coordination: Work closely with CAs, consultants, and legal advisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Crisis Handling: Manage urgent compliance matters with precision, confidence, and tactful communication.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Semi-qualified CA (CA Final not cleared but Articleship completed).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Surat-based textile company or CA firm handling legal and compliance matters.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage regulatory matters efficiently.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling high-stakes compliance tasks.
