Details of the Job/Internship

Metropolis Healthcare is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Compliance Officer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join them at their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organisation’s legal compliance framework to ensure alignment with all applicable laws, regulations and internal standards.
• Develop and manage the end-to-end licensing and registration framework for the diagnostics network to ensure all licences are obtained and renewed on time.
• Develop and manage the end-to-end licensing and registration framework for the diagnostics network to ensure timely issuance and renewal of all required licences.
• Develop and manage the end-to-end licensing and registration framework for all diagnostic units to ensure timely acquisition and renewal of required licences.

Eligibility

Education:

• LLB
• LLM, PG/Diploma in Law

Experience: 5 to 7 years.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
