Details of the Job/Internship

Square Insurance is hiring a Legal & Compliance Officer with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their team in Jaipur. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Draft legal notices and responses.
• Handle litigation matters and coordinate with panel advocates.
• Manage vendor agreements and commercial contracts.
• Support regulatory and internal compliance matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised university.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal or compliance role.
• Strong experience in contract drafting and legal documentation.
• Company Secretary qualification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
