Details of the Job/Internship
TMF Group is hiring a Corporate Compliance Associate to support corporate compliance, regulatory filings, and statutory documentation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle bank account opening, updates, and KYC documentation.
- Process PAN and TAN applications.
- Manage DIN applications and tracking.
- Handle end-to-end DSC application and registration.
- Manage annual and periodic director disclosures.
- Prepare and file MCA e-forms.
- Coordinate with vendors and upload MCA e-forms.
- Make statutory payments and track challans.
- Prepare CRN documentation.
- Maintain indexation of records in both physical and digital formats.
- Archive statutory and compliance documents.
- Visit authorities such as RBI, MCA, ROC, CDSL, NSDL, and banks when required.
- Open and maintain demat accounts.
- Prepare board and committee meeting minutes.
- Draft notices and meeting agendas.
- Maintain statutory registers.
- Support XBRL filing and related documentation.
Eligibility
Graduate in Commerce or Law with basic knowledge of the Companies Act, corporate compliance, and regulatory filings. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with eForm filing processes is required.
