TopLine Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Compliance Manager Legal for a full-time, on-site role at its Model Town, Delhi office. The role involves managing legal and regulatory compliance, coordinating with clients and attorneys, and assisting investors and their family members in reclaiming unclaimed financial investments through drafting and processing of applications.
Role and Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the compliance team.
- Coordinating legal matters with attorneys.
- Coordinating documentation with clients.
- Drafting emails and handling work requiring basic legal knowledge.
- Liaising with regulatory departments for file processing and other assigned tasks.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of company law and secretarial practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Prior experience with RTA or investor relations departments of listed companies is preferred.
