Details of the Job/Internship

TopLine Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Compliance Officer to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
• Lead, manage, and mentor the compliance team to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
• Client Coordination:
• Liaise with clients to collect necessary documents, provide updates, and guide them through the claim recovery process.
• Legal Liaison:
• Coordinate with attorneys on legal matters related to claims and compliance.
• Document Handling:
• Draft emails, applications, and related communications on behalf of clients with sound understanding of basic legal concepts.
• Regulatory Interaction:
• Liaise with regulatory authorities for file submissions, status tracking, and resolution of compliance-related issues.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of Legal and Regulatory Compliance, particularly Company Law and Secretarial Practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a strong advantage.
• Candidates with experience in RTA (Registrar & Transfer Agent) operations or Investor Relations in listed companies will be preferred.

Salary/Stipend
