Traditional Group is hiring a Legal Compliance Officer for a full-time, on-site position in Jaipur. The role involves ensuring adherence to all applicable local, state, and national laws, preparing and maintaining legal documentation, and providing legal guidance to management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and national laws and regulations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain legal and compliance-related documents.
- Evaluate the organization’s adherence to internal and external legal standards.
- Update policies and procedures to align with new or revised regulations.
- Ensure contractual and operational compliance across departments.
- Provide legal advice and support on regulatory matters and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote compliance awareness and training.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate laws.
- Proven experience in legal documentation and compliance functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced certifications in compliance are an added advantage
