Details of the Job/Internship

UClean is hiring a Legal and Compliance Officer with 2+ years of experience to join its team in Faridabad. The role involves providing legal advisory support, managing contracts and compliance obligations, overseeing royalty collection, mitigating legal risks, coordinating with external counsel and authorities, and supporting corporate governance initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice on corporate matters, contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Managing royalty collection processes and ensuring timely payments.
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with business operations.
• Liaising with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
• Conducting audits and compliance checks across departments.
• Developing and implementing compliance policies and governance procedures.
• Training and mentoring team members on legal and compliance matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws, labour laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Mandatory experience in royalty collection and contract management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Salary/Stipend
