Details of the Job/Internship

This is a full-time role for a Senior HR Legal & Compliance Officer.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Senior HR Legal & Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing legal and compliance matters within the organization. 
• This includes legal document preparation, ensuring regulatory compliance, addressing legal issues, and ensuring adherence to legal compliance standards.
• The role will be based on-site in Ahmedabad.
• The person should be well-versed in state labor laws and will need to regularly visit the factories.

Eligibility

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR legal and compliance roles.
• 3. Strong knowledge of state labor laws and regulations.
• 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• 6. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• 7. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• 8. Ability to travel regularly to factory locations within the region.
