Details of the Job/Internship
Biological E. Limited is hiring a Legal Compliance Specialist with 10 years of experience to join their office in Azamabad, Near RTC Cross Road, Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support internal and external compliance inspections and audits.
- Collect data from concerned departments for inspections.
- Submit periodic returns, applications, and follow up for approvals.
- Maintain liaison with government departments and officials.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, manufacturing laws, environmental laws, and safety regulations.
- Monitor vendor and contractor compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation such as labour contracts, ESI, PF, and licenses.
- Operate compliance tools, maintain compliance dashboards, and generate monthly and quarterly reports.
- Maintain and update statutory records, licenses, and approvals, including factory, PCB, fire NOC, and labour approvals.
Eligibility
- MBA or PGDM in HR or an LL.B. degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in statutory compliance, audits, and legal compliance.
- Experience in HR or Legal departments within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Hands-on experience in liaison with government departments and officials.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations applicable to manufacturing.
