Delta Electronics India is hiring for the position of Legal Compliance Specialist with 8-10 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
Labour Law Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Indian labour laws and regulations including the Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, among others.
Compliance Management:
- Oversee and manage legal compliance tools to ensure timely adherence to statutory requirements across departments. Generate periodic compliance reports, identify gaps, and coordinate with respective teams to update and maintain compliance status, mitigating potential legal risks.
Legal Documentation:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various legal documents such as contracts, MoUs, and commercial agreements in coordination with business stakeholders.
Litigation Management:
- Handle company-related litigation and disputes. Liaise with external counsel, prepare legal strategies, and provide legal advice and representation as required.
Eligibility
- Experience: 8–10 years (preferably in the manufacturing sector).
- Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university.
