Details of the Job/Internship
Frozen Bottle is hiring for the position of Legal Compliance Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies for licenses and approvals.
- Manage end-to-end processes for obtaining and renewing FSSAI, Trade Licenses, Shops & Establishment Act registrations, Rental Agreements, and Leave & License Agreements.
- Maintain and update compliance trackers and license databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline license procurement and renewal workflows.
- Prepare compliance-related MIS reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Assist in internal audits and support the team on additional compliance matters as needed.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in legal compliance within the retail or F&B industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data tracking.
- Working knowledge of digital license portals and government e-platforms.
- Fluency in Kannada will be considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask in a dynamic environment.
