Details of the Job/Internship

Invincible Ocean | InvincibleMeta.AI is hiring for the position of Legal Compliance Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee company incorporation and structuring across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure taxation compliance and manage periodic regulatory reporting.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements.
• Handle statutory filings, renewals, and maintenance of legal records.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to domestic and international laws, including data protection and sector-specific regulations.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with timelines and reporting obligations.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of relevant legal and compliance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.
• LLM or certification in corporate law or compliance is a plus.
• Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, and data protection laws.
• Excellent legal drafting, documentation, and research skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, tech-driven environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
