Nityo Infotech is hiring a Legal Compliance Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and revise MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, subcontractor and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and risk guidelines.
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain contract templates, documentation trackers, and repositories.
- Support legal and compliance matters across multiple geographies.
- Conduct legal research and prepare advisory notes.
- Assist in European immigration documentation and liaise with external partners.
- Prepare legal drafts, reports, and maintain logs for contracts and compliance files.
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in contract drafting and commercial legal support.
- Strong understanding of legal terms and risk identification.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of European mobility processes is preferred.
