Details of the Job/Internship
Nityo Infotech is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, and modifying commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and service contracts.
- Ensuring contracts comply with internal policies, legal standards, and risk guidelines.
- Identifying contractual risks and supporting mitigation and negotiations.
- Maintaining contract templates, trackers, and repositories.
- Assisting with legal and compliance support across multiple geographies.
- Conducting legal research and preparing summaries or advisory notes.
- Supporting European immigration documentation and mobility processes when required.
- Preparing legal drafts, reports, and maintaining accurate documentation and logs.
- Assisting in audits, internal reviews, and compliance initiatives.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of experience in contract review, drafting, and commercial legal support.
- Strong understanding of contractual terms and risk identification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining trackers or repositories.
- Exposure to European immigration processes preferred.
- Experience in IT, consulting, or outsourcing industries preferred.
