UClean offers a range of curated cleaning services including laundry by kg, dry-cleaning, shoe cleaning, bags & luggage cleaning, upholstery, and carpet cleaning to become a one-stop-shop for all cleaning requirements.
Details of the Job/Internship
UClean is hiring for the position of Legal Compliance Specialist with experience of 2+ years to join their Haryana office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters, contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance.
- Draw, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage and oversee royalty collection processes to ensure timely payments and compliance with agreements.
- Monitor and address legal risks associated with business operations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as required.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance checks across various departments.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure corporate governance and compliance.
- Train and mentor team members on legal and compliance matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in a corporate seƫng.
