Details of the Job/Internship
Globik AI is hiring a Legal & Compliance Intern to work closely with the founder and leadership team on legal, compliance, and documentation initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identifying, reviewing, and applying for relevant government and enterprise tenders.
- Preparing, managing, and submitting tender documentation with accuracy and compliance.
- Researching and applying for grants, funding programs, and government schemes related to AI and technology.
- Identifying suitable accelerator and incubator programs and supporting application submissions.
- Assisting with corporate certifications such as ISO and other industry-relevant certifications.
- Researching certification requirements, documentation, timelines, and compliance standards.
- Drafting and reviewing basic legal documents, declarations, and compliance checklists.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants as required.
- Maintaining organised records of submissions, approvals, timelines, and compliance status.
- Supporting ad-hoc legal, compliance, and documentation tasks.
Eligibility
- Law students or recent graduates with LLB or LLM or equivalent qualifications.
- Exposure to technology, B2B businesses, or startup environments.
- Strong interest in AI, tech policy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to align business offerings with legal and compliance requirements.
- Availability for a full-time internship of at least two months.
