Details of the Job/Internship
Volvo Financial Services India is hiring an Legal & Compliance professional with at least 2 years of qualified experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support legal and compliance functions under the guidance of the Manager – Legal & Compliance.
- Maintain oversight of banking legislation and report updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support Volvo Treasury and company secretarial activities with the help of external counsel.
- Organise Board and Committee meetings, including agenda and minutes preparation.
- Coordinate with external advisors as needed.
- Assist in legal opinions, compliance documentation, and regulatory filings.
Eligibility
- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Career gap should not exceed 4 years.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Interest in business operations and regulatory frameworks.
- NBFC/Bank compliance experience preferred but not mandatory.
