Details of the Job/Internship
Godrej Properties Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Compliances Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and manage related documentation.
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents and regulatory reports.
- Advise business units on legal risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Interpret and analyze laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the real estate industry.
- Liaise with external legal consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm or in a reputed corporate legal/compliance function.
