Details of the Job/Internship

Zelestra is hiring a Legal Counsel (M&A) with 3–4 years of transactional experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate M&A-related agreements such as share purchase and shareholder agreements.
• Provide legal support throughout the M&A transaction cycle.
• Advise internally on restructuring and acquisition/sale of projects.
• Manage data rooms and liaise with external stakeholders including shareholders and legal advisors.

Eligibility

• Law degree (preferably from a National Law University).
• Minimum 3–4 years of M&A experience at a law firm (Tier 1 firm preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws including FEMA and FDI norms.
• High proficiency in English.
• Proactive and capable of working independently.

Salary/Stipend
