Details of the Job/Internship
Thrillophilia is hiring a Legal Consultant with 3–4 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company in consumer court cases across Rajasthan and other jurisdictions.
- Prepare, file, and maintain documentation for all legal submissions.
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Advise on legal obligations, risks, and compliance issues.
- Represent employees in legal matters and liaise with law enforcement authorities.
- Facilitate the filing of FIRs and follow up with police and judiciary.
- Provide legal support to the HR department on employment matters.
- Monitor legal developments and corporate compliance.
- Coordinate with external counsel for specialized legal matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- 3–4 years of substantial legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in consumer law, contract law, and employment law.
- Experience in litigation and interactions with law enforcement agencies.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
