Details of the Job/Internship
PPL India is hiring a Legal Consultant (IPR) to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis in Mumbai. The role involves providing legal guidance on intellectual property rights, reviewing, preparing, and negotiating legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and supporting the resolution of copyright-related disputes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and strategic counsel on intellectual property rights matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
- Address legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support dispute resolution and provide insights on copyright-related challenges.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Expertise in intellectual property rights.
- Experience in legal document preparation and drafting agreements.
- Knowledge of handling legal issues and disputes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Additional qualifications in IPR law preferred.
- Prior experience in the music or entertainment industry is an advantage.
