Details of the Job/Internship

PPL India is hiring a Legal Consultant (IPR) to join its Mumbai office. The role involves handling intellectual property-related legal work, including litigation and non-litigation matters, and providing legal support to internal teams.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and sending legal notices, replies, and emails to parties.
• Responding to copyright-related queries.
• Drafting police complaints and representations.
• Handling litigation and non-litigation work, including preparation of plaints, commercial IP suits, complaints, replies, affidavits, written statements, and agreements.
• Obtaining injunction orders against parties before the High Court.
• Accompanying team members to meetings with parties to address legal queries.
• Providing legal support to the Legal and Sales teams.
• Travelling pan-India, as required.
• Conducting legal research.
• Handling corporate legal work.

Salary/Stipend
