Details of the Job/Internship

PPL India is hiring for the position of Legal Consultant (IPR) to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and issue legal notices, replies, and emails to non-compliant or adamant parties.
• Prepare and respond to copyright-related queries raised by various stakeholders.
• Draft police complaints and legal representations as required.
• Handle both litigation and non-litigation matters, including drafting of plaints, commercial IP suits, complaints, replies, affidavits, written statements, and agreements.
• Assist in obtaining injunction orders against non-compliant parties before the High Court.
• Accompany team members for meetings with adamant and corporate parties to address and clarify legal issues.
• Provide comprehensive legal support to the Legal and Sales teams.
• Travel across India as and when required.
• Conduct legal research on relevant issues and case laws.
• Handle corporate legal work and related documentation.

Salary/Stipend
