Details of the Job/Internship

Clarence and Partners is hiring a Legal Consultant – IT Contracts with 3–6 years of experience to join their remote team. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
• Work on IT and software contracts (MSAs, SOWs), reseller, referral, and partnership agreements.
• Handle procurement, subcontractor, lease, consulting, audit, and staffing agreements.
• Draft and manage NDAs, DPAs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide actionable insights.
• Develop contract playbooks, templates, and process documentation.
• Maintain structured workflows and tracking systems to ensure timely delivery.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 3–6 years of experience.
• Proven expertise in IT contract negotiation and legal drafting.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in AI tools for legal workflows.
• Ability to work independently during night hours (6 PM – 2 AM IST).

Salary/Stipend
