Details of the Job/Internship
Outthinc Global Communications is hiring a Legal Consultant (Lawyer) with 15–30 years of experience to support their remote operations, preferably from Kolkata, in the pharmaceutical technology transfer and life sciences sector.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review NDAs, CDAs, MSAs, and licensing agreements.
- Guide on IP protection, tech evaluation contracts, and transfer structures.
- Advise on indemnity, liability clauses, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with CDSCO, DCGI, US FDA, and international norms.
- Support legal due diligence, contract execution, and negotiations.
- Advise on corporate, vendor, and employment contracts.
- Be responsive and available for virtual meetings with quick turnaround times.
Eligibility
- LLB or higher with registration under the Bar Council of India.
- 15–30 years of legal experience, preferably in pharma tech transfer or biotech.
- Familiarity with pharma operations, R&D agreements, and licensing models.
- Preference for candidates with a pharmacy/science background or strong industry exposure.
- Kolkata-based candidates strongly preferred.
